We are a wholesale warehouse usually catered towards installers trade builders and architects; all our products may not be available on display at our showroom please confirm the product with us. This keeps our product costs as low as possible for our clients.
We do not offer installation, although we can put you onto external trade people that can help with this.
All sales are final, we do not offer exchanges or refunds for non-fitting items or change of mind, it is up to the customer to make sure the dimensions & product will work in their space.
Warranty claims and replacement parts are all available through us, depending on the product and location of the product (State, Suburb, Etc) a tech may not be available from us to replace the defective part, in this instance the customer will be provided with the replacement part or product with instructions to install or repair it.
Modifications/Adaptions to our product, Any modifications (Cutting, Adding, Modifying) may trigger a warranty void, If this is the case we will assess the modification and make a judgment if it has affected the products operation in anyway and make a judgement based on case-by-case base.
Shipping & Pickup we encourage pickup of all our items, although when not available or suitable we can arrange delivery through our third-party couriers, we are not liable for any damages caused via shipping or pickup, all our items are checked and are sold brand new through our warehouse, any external damages will need to be taken up directly with the shipping company as they take on all responsibility.
